Nuheart Green for Medium Dogs (26 to 50 lbs)
Nuheart Green is an oral treatment designed to prevent heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) in small dogs weighing up between 26 and 50 lbs. These compact-sized tablets can be given directly or dissolved in water, making dosage administration convenient. The oral treatment is effective against the tissue larval stage of heartworm and prevents heartworm disease for up to a month.

Nuheart Green for Medium Dogs (26-50 lbs) contains Ivermectin(136μg), a powerful antiparasitic, as the active ingredient. The potent component works on the tissue larval stage and eliminates them before they develop into adult heartworms. Nuheart tablets effectively prevent heartworm disease for 30 days.
Directions
- Weigh your dog beforehand to know the right dosage.
- Get your dog checked for existing heartworms before commencing the treatment.
- Administer the tablet directly by mouth by placing it on the back of the dog's throat on top of the tongue and pushing it down the throat with your index finger.
- You can also give it by dissolving the tablet in 5 & 7 ml of water or other fluid.
- Administer one tablet monthly (preferably on or around the same date).
- Ensure your dog takes the entire tablet; if the entire dose is not consumed, give another tablet.
